Our Campsite is situated on the southern tip of the Teutoburger
Forest.
The Campsite has two camping areas.You
can stay on the North Platz with it´s superb old
oak trees to act as a shade on those long hot summer days,or
maybe reside on the South Platz,where you sun lovers can
relax and soak up the sun,with the peace and tranquility
that comes with living in a forest.
In 2001 the old wash house was completly renovated
and in 2004 the new wash house was built on the South Platz.We
have also made room for another 50 camping places.
Only a few minutes walk away,you
find yourself in the middle of the Teutoburger Forest,with it´s many
walkways and activities.It is also very easy to get to the Zoo in Olderdissen,which has
new attractions every year,a must see for all ages.
You will also have the posibility of other activities,such
as, Tennis,Swimming (indoor & out),Fishing ,Go carting & mini-golf
all in the near.
Thanks to the good transportation(bus and train),you are
only 10 mins. from the heart of Bielefeld,with its bussling nightlife and its
streetside cafe bars.Shoppers Beware,there´s something for everyone here,and
as you walk through the streets of the `Old Town´,you will discover that
Bielefeld has a lot more to offer in the way of Theater,culture and museums.
Apart from the car you can get into town with bus and train.For
the sporty camper,there also gives the possibility to rent a bicycle.
